Living In Ashburn Virginia

Brambleton Town Center
Have you been thinking about moving to Loudoun County and more specifically Ashburn?  Well, there are some great reasons to move out to the Ashburn area in Loudoun County.

In fact, I moved out to Ashburn and have lived in Loudoun County for over 13 years.  The reason I moved out to this area include:
  1. Great School System - the Loudoun County Public School system and the private schools in the county stack up with the best school systems in the country.  Have a good school system definitely helps with maintaining home values and keeps the demand in the market for when you ever decide to sell your home
  2. Business Growth - with the exploding growth of the Federal budget, the growth of the private sector businesses that support the Federal Government has helped grow the economy in the counties surrounding DC including Loudoun.  Loudoun County has been the richest county in the country for at least the past 5 years.  This business growth has helped increase the demand for real estate in Ashburn.
  3. Location - Ashburn is ideally situated between the hustle of DC and the quite and calm of the award winning wine-country in Loudoun County.  You have easy access to DC with the Dulles Toll Road and Route 7 and you are literally 5 minutes away from Dulles airport.  Additionally, the Silver Line Metro will be coming out to Ashburn in the next few years and it will connect its residents to Dulles Airport, Reston, Tysons Corner, Arlington, and DC.
There are just a few reasons for you to consider looking at Ashburn Real Estate when you are looking for your new home.
